Dimitrios Hilton
Dimitrios Hilton is the Owner and Senior Consultant. He has been in the Information Technology (IT) field for over 11 years. He proudly serves as the CIO consultant for many small and medium sized companies. He has a special focus on IT Security, Virtualization, Data Center and Cloud Computing. His clients appreciate his strong combination of Management and Technical skills, coupled with a non-geek personality. When he is not working he loves being with his kids, family, friends. During the Spring and early Summer, you can often find him chasing tornadoes throughout the Midwest.

Luis Salto
Luis Salto is our lead Network Administrator. He is a very successful graduate of the MCTC Computer Science Program, gaining solid background in Network Administration. Luis also works on the firms Virtualization and Cloud Computing Projects. Luis is a well liked and respected member of the firm, who will not leave you until the problem is fixed. When he is not working, Luis plays guitar in a local rock band (no geeks allowed), enjoys fishing, and writing & recording music in his home studio.

Pete Knippenberg
Pete Knippenberg is a Field Service Technician, and is close to completing his MCSE, in addition to his current hardware and network certifications. His dedication to customer service and support, define his never ending pursuit for customer satisfaction. When he is not working Pete is either deep into his studies or found on a golf course/range/store.

Anthony Bauer
Anthony Bauer is a Web Developer, Help Desk Support Technician and secondary Dispatch Operator. He also handles many of the company's internal affairs and also assists in the efficiency and completion of large projects. Anthony is working on a Graphic Design and Visual Communications degree and has created several of the graphics currently used by The IT Guy. When he's not hard at work, Anthony enjoys anything outdoors and trains in Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with the Minnesota Martial Arts Academy.

Patrick Blair
Patrick is one of our Field Service Technicians, and is working on his Associates Degree in Computer & Network Science. Patrick is hardware certified and takes care of our emergency POS calls, as well as PC and Virus cases. During the mornings he is our primary Dispatch Operator – his hard work and communication experience helps manage our team of technicians. Patrick is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and is currently finishing up his degree in Computer Network Systems at ITT Technical University. When he’s not busy answering phones, Patrick enjoys playing acoustic guitar, programming on his computer, blogging, and recording music.

Marc Trimble is a web developer with over 17 years experience. His extensive internet and web experience brings a level of expertise to our clients that is rare in today's market. Marc is a Joomla CMS expert and is responsible for training over 38,000 users in over 92 countries on the Joomla Content management System. Additionally, Marc brings over 8 years of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media strategy to our clients. He's consults for some of the largest e-commerce companies in the world on SEO and SEM and provides support to numerous Twin Cities non-profits. When he's not working online, he's sleeping.
